Bring your sense of style to the Drees/Zaring Premier Design Center – a 7,000 square foot workshop filled with thousands of options and finish choices. One of the most exciting and rewarding aspects of purchasing a new Zaring Premier home, your visit to the Design Center is the time when you create your masterpiece – turning your dreams into reality.

Once you have selected one of Zaring Premier's award winning floorplans, you will be invited to visit our Design Center, conveniently located at the Pfeiffer Road exit to I-71 in Blue Ash. Even if you are just starting to look for a new home, you are welcome to visit our Design Center to see how Zaring Premier Homes can build a home that is uniquely yours.

We have an impressive collection of the leading brand names in the newest finishes and colors, so you will need to allow yourself a few hours for your selections. And do not worry about being overwhelmed, you will have your own personal design consultant to guide you and help you explore your own sense of style, whether it is casual chic, American classic, or something in between.

To make the most out of your time in the Design Center, it is a good idea to do a little homework first. Prior to your appointment, we recommend that you tour a few Zaring Premier model homes, collect pictures you like from home decorator magazines, and think about colors and fabrics which appeal to you.

Directions: From downtown Cincinnati: Take I-71N to Pfeiffer Rd, exit 15. West on Pfeiffer Road. Left at second traffic light (at Pfeiffer Commons). Turn right at the stop sign at the top of the hill.

Hours: You may browse anytime on your own Tuesday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Closed Sunday and Monday.
