  2. Selection Plan Review
    Ensures your home is build to your unique specifications
    • Custom Design:
      Our list of popular options is only the beginning. You may also have custom features you want us to consider incorporating into your new home. Let us know what custom features you want, and we will assist you in every way possible to design and implement those options into your new home.
    • Design Center:
      The Drees/Zaring Design Center captures the spirit of your imagination in one great location. In our 7,000 square foot Design Center, you will find an endless variety of choices to build a home that is uniquely yours. During your visit to the center, a design professional will present samples of all the latest home building products in the newest finishes and colors.
  3. Field Plan Review
    Once you have gone through the Design Center process, made all your selections and secured financing, the Field Plan Review gives you an additional opportunity to revew your selections and ask questions before construction begins. Once this review is complete, we are ready to start the construction process.
  4. Pre-Drywall Review
    After the rough mechanical stage, before the insulation is installed, you have the opportunity to tour your home. The rooms have begun to take shape, but the inner workings are still visible, and you can see the quality that goes inside the walls of your home.
  1. Quality Assurance Inspection
    Throughout the building process, your Zaring Premier home will pass a 182-point inspection to certify that our quality construction procedures are being followed.
  2. Homeowner Orientation
    The Homeowner Orientation is your chance to thoroughly check your home before closing. It also serves as an introduction to your home and its many features. During this orientation, we review key points about maintenance and explain the warranty coverage. We also confirm that we have installed all of your selections and options properly.
  3. 60-Day Follow-Up
    Once you have been in your home for 60 days, we will set up an appointment to address any new items that need our attention.
  4. 9-12 Month Follow-Up
    This follow-up appointment addresses any warranted service items and confirms that your home is performing up to standards.
  5. 10-Year Transferable Structural Warranty
    Zaring Premier offers a ten year transferable structural warranty, guaranteeing that your new home meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in the industry.
  6. Homeowner Surveys
    Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Your candid feedback helps us make improvements so that we can deliver the best building experience possible to our customers.
